There is an easy recipe for your holiday. I call it “a Steamed Chicken with Celery & Cheese’ Dressing”. Hence the recipe is easy, you will find a fantastic taste that melts your tongue.
Let’s follow the steps:
Ingredients:
1. A whole chicken
2. Phok Choy (Vegetable) 500 grams
3. Macaroni 500 grams
4. Maizena 3 tablespoons
5. Water 5 tablespoons
6. Sweetened Milk 2 tablespoons
7. Salt as sufficiently
8. Sugar as sufficiently
9. Dried Oregano 2 tablespoons for topping (as sufficiently)
Seasoning:
1. Coriander a tablespoon
2. Red Onion 8 cloves, Onion 5 cloves
3. Lemongrass a rod
4. Turmeric a finger knuckle
5. Candlenut a nut
6. Galangal 2 finger knuckles
7. Bay Leaf (3 leafs)
Celery & Cheese Sauce (as a topping):
1. Cheese 100 grams, scarred
2. Celery Leafs 5 – 6 leafs
Steps:
1. Blend coriander, red onion, onion, turmeric, and candlenut.
2. Mix the blended seasoning to a whole chicken, bay leaf, galangal, lemongrass. Set aside for 15 – 20 minutes as permeate.
3. Steam the seasoned chicken for 25 – 30 minutes on medium heat.
4. For sauce, blend the scarred cheese, sweetened milk, water, maizena, salt, sugar, and cook on small heat until thicken
5. Boil macaroni and phokchoy until well-cooked.
6. Dress steamed chicken with the celery & cheese sauce.
7. Serve the chicken with macaroni and phok choy.
